Scheduling
To schedule a mediation, please email Mr. Sommer at kent@sommermediation.com, or by telephone at (626) 250-2069. Email is the preferred method of contact.
All emails or calls will be returned the same day.
Fees
Single Plaintiff - Single Defendant:

$4,500 for a full day mediation conducted on Zoom. A full day mediation consists of up to two (2) hours of preparation and an eight (8) hour mediation session.
​
$2,500 for a half-day mediation conducted on Zoom. A half-day mediation consists of up to two (2) hours of preparation and a four (4) hour mediation session.
​
Multi-party matters (three parties or more) are charged a multi-party rate depending on the number of parties.
​
In-person mediations may be subject to additional costs.
​
The parties agree to share the fees equally unless a separate agreement has been reached.
