About Kent
Kent has 18 years of legal experience with extensive experience in the area of employment law and business and insurance litigation. He has mediated cases involving all forms of disputes, including personal injury, contract, employment, subrogation, insurance claims and business litigation. He has mediated cases throughout southern California and is part of the Riverside Superior Court ADR panel.

​Kent is a determined mediator. He deeply believes that settlement is preferable to litigation and will do all he can to help the parties resolve their dispute.

He does extensive preparation as he understands that to be truly effective he must understand the facts, legal positions and interests of the parties.
While understanding the legal issues is critical, Kent also believes it is essential to also understand the individuals involved in the dispute. By developing relationships of trust with the individuals, he is able to foster open communication with each party which leads to an effective resolution of the legal disputes.
Kent upholds the highest professional and ethical standards, ensuring that the mediation process is conducted with integrity and fairness. It is essential that regardless of the outcome, all parties feel that the process was fair and that he was impartial throughout the entire process. Kent strives to ensure all parties maintain faith in the mediation process and will continue to use it to resolve their disputes.
